Boosters:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
100ml of the solvent is required to constitute a 100-dose vial of freeze dried vaccine. Reconstitute the vaccine pallet with 5 ml of solvent taken from the 100 ml bottle and shake well. Inject this suspension into the refrigerated bottle of solvent. Remove some solvent from the bottle and rinse the vaccine vial. Pour this liquid back into the bottle of solvent. The vaccine is then ready for use. Once prepared, the vaccine should be protected from light, high temperature and used within a short time.

All inoculation equipment should be cleaned with water only and sterilized in boiling water, antiseptics should not be used. The vaccine should be reconstituted immediately before use; any remaining prepared vaccine should be destroyed using bleach or boiling water.
The vaccine should not be used more than two hours after reconstitution with the solvent.
Molar solution of magnesium sulphate or a buffered physiological saline should be used as the solvent.
