COMPOSITION
- Anaculture of Clostridium chauvoei:
- Sufficient quantity to obtain, in tested animals, 100% protection after challenge.
- Aluminium hydroxide . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2.1 mg

INDICATION
Active immunization of susceptible animals (cattle, sheep and goats) against Blackleg (Clostridium chauvoei) infections.
METHOD OF IMMUNISATION
- Primary vaccination: 2 injections, 4 weeks apart
- Boosters: 1 injection per year
Pregnant females (except goats)
- In order to obtain an optimum transfer of colostral antibodies, the second injection of primary vaccination or the single booster injection should be performed 2 to 6 weeks before the expected date of parturition.
Young animals
- Born from unvaccinated mothers: Vaccination from the second week
- Born from vaccinated mothers at the end of pregnancy: Vaccination from the 8th week of age

Route:
Subcutaneous (cattle and sheep) under strict aseptic conditions.
This vaccine contains an adjuvant likely to cause the formation of a nodule at the injection site.
